AIA Columbia is excited to announce the recipients of our 2019 Clemson Fellowship: Ryan Bing and Joseph Scherer! Ryan and Joseph are first year graduate students at Clemson University’s School of Architecture. AIA Columbia partnered with Professor George Schafer’s first year graduate studio this fall in a design competition for the studio’s Louisville-based project. Ryan and Joseph’s joint project was selected for design excellence and these students will each be awarded a $500 Fellowship in 2020 from AIA Columbia in partnership with AIA National.
Mum’s the word on this studio’s amazing project presentations, as they are currently entered in the upcoming AIA COTE design awards competition in mid-January 2020. Stay tuned to see the final project graphics!
