Innovation Center is a five-story, 110,000 square foot, Class “A” multi-tenant Office Building in Columbia, South Carolina. The development utilizes 0.79 acres at the corner of Assembly and Blossom Streets in the University of South Carolina’s Innovista District. Parking for the building is provided in the existing garage, south of the site. Innovation Center was developed by Holder Properties in conjunction with the USC Development Foundation.

650 Lincoln is a mixed-use development featuring an 878-bed student housing community, 30,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, two parking garages and a host of other amenities. The community features abundant green space including two swimming pools, a fitness center, a movie theatre, outdoor grills, two clubrooms, etc. Located on the campus of the University of South Carolina, 650 Lincoln is being developed by Holder Properties in conjunction with the USC Development Foundation.
