Stevens & Wilkinson is working with Palmetto Health and the local YMCA to develop a new facility that will combine an integrated primary care medical clinic with a new wellness and fitness center. Designed to further the Palmetto Health brand, the new facility is similar in design to Palmetto Health Baptist Parkridge and will include space for up to four providers. Serving as the main entrance to the building, the design centers around a spacious, open lobby – the main organizing element for all medical, wellness and educational programs – and will feature a general workout area, group exercise spaces, a short-term childcare center, multi-purpose classroom, and interactive spaces for both large and small groups.
