With the growing number of projects requiring achievement of a certain LEED certification level, how does the design profession protect itself should a project not meet the intended level? With phenomenal incentive programs like Columbia’s own Green Building Incentive Program, this is not a concern for just public projects anymore. Who is liable and for what?
Join us for a Continuing Education Program on these legal issues followed by a tour of The South Carolina Bar’s Continuing Education Conference Center, and Happy Hour networking afterward. The building, designed by The Boudreaux Group, has achieved LEED Silver Certification and is the first commercial building in the city to take advantage of the Green Building Incentive Program.
CEUs will be provided. $5 for members. More information to come.
