Our Presenters this month:

Irene Tyson

Irene will give a brief presentation on the upcoming Urban Land Institute Midlands Reality Check on October 22.  The Reality Check is a regional land use visioning exercise where about 300 leaders throughout the region will be invited to craft guiding principles and a vision for how the Midlands will develop over the next 30 years.  The Midlands population is expected to grow by 450,000 by 2043, where will these people live?  Where will their jobs be located?  What infrastructure is needed to support them?  How will we protect and enhance our quality of life?  Come find out how to help!
